FAQ

  • Q1: What if the engine won't start?

A1:There may be some of the more common reasons below:

The vehicle circuit is faulty or the battery is dead. If the battery is dead, you can use a wire or emergency power supply to ignite; if it still cannot be started, it may be a fault in the vehicle circuit or oil circuit, and it is recommended to send it to the workshop for repair.

Defective ignition coil or nozzle plug. The ignition coil is mainly responsible for converting low-voltage electricity into high-voltage electricity, so as to drive the burner plug to discharge and ignite. If the ignition coil or burner plug fails, it may cause the engine to be difficult to start or unable to start.

Oil circuit failure, damaged gasoline pump, no oil in the fuel tank, etc., can also cause the engine to fail to start.

  • Q2: What to do if the engine stalls while driving?

A2:If the engine goes out during driving, it is likely to cause danger, because after the engine goes out, the steering wheel and brake assistance will not be functioning, and the vehicle will likely to lose control.

If you encounter an engine stall during driving, first stabilize the steering wheel, slowly apply the brakes, and stop the vehicle on the roadside for assistance. Excessive carbon deposits, blocked oil passages, battery, water tank, engine belt, and other parts may cause the engine to stall, so it is recommended to send to the workshop for inspection and find the cause for repair.

  • Q3: What to do if the engine light/tire pressure light is on?

A3:It is recommended to send it to the factory for inspection.

  • Q4: Why does the steering wheel vibrate?

A4:There are several possibilities such as:

When the tires are aged or not maintained properly, it will cause uneven force during the driving of the vehicle, resulting in the steering wheel shaking. If this phenomenon is caused by tire aging, it is recommended to replace with new tires.

If there are other possibilities, it needs to be returned to the factory for workshop.

  • Q5: What to do if my car makes a strange noise while driving?

A5: When the car makes an abnormal sound while driving, some situations may not affect normal driving, but sometimes these abnormal sounds are a harbinger before the failure occurs, so it is recommended to stop and check! If the abnormal sound comes from the engine, it may be caused by the belt, fan belt, etc. It is recommended to drive to US to check whether the parts are aging, deformed, displaced and other problems. If there is metal friction or impact sound when the engine is running, it may be caused by damage to mechanical parts. It is recommended to check the generator, water pump, power steering pump and other parts to find out the problem and deal with it in time.

  • Q6: What to do if there is a collision?

A6:Call the police and contact US.

  • Q7: How often does the car need maintenance and oil changes?

A7:Semi-annual maintenance and oil changes are relatively safe.
